What truly sets Dima apart is that he’s not only exceptionally talented with his hands, but he’s also a pleasure to work with. We provide interior and exterior painting of walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, trim, facades, fences, and roofs, along with wallpaper installation and exterior and roof cleaning. We also prepare properties for new tenants with wall touch-ups, cosmetic repairs, and caulking. Preparation, coatings, and cleaning methods are selected to suit the surface, its condition, and your project.

Quality starts with preparation. We repair small holes, cracks, chips, and minor drywall damage, and fill and sand uneven areas within the agreed scope. Extensive leveling or skim coating is assessed separately. We use fresh, single-use roller covers for every project and professional Graco spraying equipment for suitable large surfaces. The method depends on the surface and working conditions.

Before painting, we protect floors, furniture, and nearby surfaces and mask areas that should not be painted. Once the work is complete, we remove protective coverings, collect and take away waste generated by our work, and leave the work area clean and tidy.

A single room or small painting project can often be completed in one working day. Timing depends on preparation, repairs, coats, and drying time; exterior work also depends on weather. We discuss the schedule in advance and work efficiently to minimize disruption without rushing essential steps. A finished paint job still needs time to fully cure.

If the room cannot be closed off, arrange a separate space for them. Re-entry depends on the coating’s drying and ventilation instructions and room conditions.
